- We do not allow exchanges of Products.
Return Policy
- You may return your order within 2 days of order delivery only if
a) Order is incorrect.
b) Order is damaged during shipping. However a complete opening video is must in such cases.
All items should be in original state, with original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check. After the returned product passes our quality checks then we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds are made back to original payment source used by customer for payment. - For returns, please write to returns@MuditaJewels.com.
- We at MuditaJewels reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund request if any returned item/packaging is not in its original state, or not with original tags.
